On May 31, 2011, CHHMA members in Quebec were treated to a breakfast seminar by Jean-Luc Meunier, Senior Vice-President, Affiliate Dealer-Owner Network Development, RONA inc.
Mr. Meunier's presentation "Succession in our Industry" explained the succession program that RONA has in place for its independent dealers.
Mr. Meunier also brought along Vincent Legault, a second generation owner of a RONA hardware store in Rivière-des-Prairies, Quebec, who discussed his experience in the industry and the opportunity to now own his own store with the help of the RONA succession program. |
