- Faxing is easier for payment
- Old fashioned, force of habit
- Office Admin's discretion
- Email is convenient
- Forms are PDF therefore cannot fill them out online

- Inside sales and sales manager read it mostly
- Format not very well laid out; would encourage using a web format - drive members to website in which newsletter is posted
- Does not focus primarily on our industry
- Not always content that I am interested in
- Time constraints
- Too muc text, too much blah blah ... be more effective, direct to the point
- I read when I find topics relevant to customers, competition or our business - events are not relevant, updates are not meaningful to our business

- Feature a member in each issue; short synopsis of their business & picture
- Exchange rates - how to handle
- Key raw material index: steeel, chemicals etc.
- Member profile so you get to know people
- I enjoy reading Hardlines, look at their content.  the format of the newsletter is not great but I do enjoy reading many of the articles
- Retail industry sustainability initiatives
