In spite of stormy winter weather in Montreal, a good number of CHHMA members turned out to hear M. Claude Beaulac, General Manager, OCTO at our breakfast seminar on March 5th. M. Beaulac gave a overview of the history of OCTO, what makes them different from other buying groups and who the new hardware members are. He also alleviated some of the concerns expressed by CHHMA members when he explained the new structure at OCTO and candidly answered questions from the audience. There was a good discussion at the end of the meeting on how vendors could work with OCTO to maintain or grow their business with the group.
