Qualification:
Firms, corporations or divisions of corporations that derive a significant portion of their income from the supply of goods or services to the hardware and housewares industry in Canada.

This application will not be processed until your cheque or credit card detail for $795.00 + applicable tax (see below) is received and processed by CHHMA.

For companies in British Columbia	12% HST:	$795.00 + $95.40 HST = $890.40
For companies in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador	13% HST:	$795.00 + $103.35 HST = $898.35
For companies in Nova Scotia	15% HST:	$795.00 + $119.25 HST = $914.25
For companies in the rest of Canada	5% GST:	$795.00 + $39.75 GST = $834.75
